Fees, Billing, and Refunds
Fees, billing schedules, and access terms are shown at checkout or in order forms.
Refunds: All sales are final.
Subscriptions/Installments: Monthly payments, services may continue being rendered through the end of the billing period upon cancellation.
We may suspend or terminate access for non‑payment.
Scheduling & Cancellations (Advisory/Coaching)
Please provide 24 hours’ notice to reschedule sessions; missed sessions may be forfeited.
Intellectual Property
All Site and program content is owned by or licensed to us. We grant you a personal, non‑transferable license for your internal business use. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
User Content & Testimonials
If you submit testimonials, comments, or materials, you grant us a non‑exclusive license to use and display them to operate and promote the Services, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to violate law; infringe rights; introduce malware; attempt unauthorized access; scrape/harvest data; or misuse the Services.
